Request IDs and support

Most API responses include ztl-request-id. Capture it for success and failure responses and associate it with your internal operation record.

When contacting ZTL support, provide:

  • environment and approximate UTC time;
  • HTTP method and path, without secrets or personal query values;
  • ztl-request-id;
  • your safe partner correlation reference;
  • onboarding, consent, payment, approval, payroll, bulk, or FX ID when safe and relevant;
  • HTTP status and structured failure code; and
  • whether the user was present and whether the result is still ambiguous.

Never send client secrets, access tokens, full authorization headers, complete account details, personal identity data, or unredacted request/response bodies through an unapproved support channel.
